Paralegal (Hybrid)

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a successful Injury law firm that has over 300 5-star reviews on Google, providing legal representation to clients across 40 + cities throughout California. We are in search of a personal Injury Litigation paralegal to work out of our Century City, California office. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients throughout the personal injury claims process. 

• The tasks include assisting the trial team in filing a complaint through the trial
• Propounding and responding to extensive discovery;
• Drafting various motions, oppositions, and replies;
• Preparing pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists, calendaring, noticing depositions and other hearings 
• Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys;
• Organizing documents for filing, drafting correspondence, and handling special projects as needed.

• 3 - 6 years experience in personal injury law
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Compassion and empathy for clients during difficult times.
• Thorough understanding of PI, both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases

• Base Salary Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
