QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and project management
• Proficiency with reading and interpreting diagrams, specifications, and technical drawings
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and regulations
• Proficiency with computers, project management software, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field would be preferred. 5+ years of experience would be a plus for this project management position.

DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER

In this project management position, you expertly coordinate our commercial HVAC installation projects from beginning to end. You're actively involved in all aspects of our projects, taking care of matters such as scheduling, budgeting, and planning the work. This is a highly collaborative role in which you work with vendors, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure accurate and prompt project completion.

You visit project sites, assess the work, and make sure everything meets our quality standards and client expectations. Thinking strategically, you proactively identify and remove barriers that could hold up project completion. You keep the client updated on the job's progress, maintain project documentation, and motivate your team to meet timelines. You're a vital member of our success!
