As a member of the First Choice team, the Account Support Specialist is split function role, supporting both Operations and Finance. They are responsible for driving exceptional performance by sourcing new Service Partners across the US, communicating quickly and effectively with their direct managers, holding our Service Partners accountable for usage of service tracking software to verify service completion to scope, and supporting AR/AP functions in finance. They would report to the Director of Operations and Controller.
Role Objective: Build and maintain relationships with exterior maintenance Service Partners across the U.S. to ensure properties are upheld to the client’s and First Choice’s standards. Supporting Finance in the AR/AP process.
Role Responsibilities:
· Procuring Service Partners for scheduled contracted services.
· Communicating with Service Partners to facilitate client needs.
· Collecting detailed quotes from Service Partners for special projects.
· Building relationships with Service Partners based on trust and respect.
· Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
· Maintaining updated knowledge of company services and industry trends.
· Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
· Acting as a Service Partner’s advocate with a focus on improving the service expectation.
· Maintaining Service Partner’s access and usage of service tracking software.
· Supporting the AR/AP processes as needed.
· Resolving AP invoice disputes and Service Partner AP inquiries.
· Generating AR/AP invoices as needed.
· Support overdue invoice analysis and communication.
· Perform General administrative duties as needed.
· Additional duties as required for the needs of the business.
Starting Salary - From $44,000 / Annually

Requirements:· High School Diploma or Equivalent.
· Thrives in high performance, fast-paced environments.
· Proficient with computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
· Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
· Understanding of basic AR/AP processing.
· Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
· After-hours are required as needed during the winter season.
· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
