Full Time RN & LPN Position Details:

Requirements for the position:

• Rhode Island RN or LPN license
• Experience in Electronic Documentation
• Experience in long term care
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation and evaluation of resident care plans
• Assists in resident admissions and discharges
• Monitors resident for changes in conditions
• Follows regulations for documentation and reporting of clinical conditions
• Supervises activities of CNA's in implementation of ADL's
• Participate in orientation of new staff
