In this role, you will lead a team of over 40 professionals who are responsible for the planning and execution of the supply chain for the company’s global remanufactured business. This role includes supply chain management responsibility for 4 facilities in northern Mississippi as well as facilities in China, Brazil, and Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have experience with factory supply chain functions, demonstrate the ability to successfully manage significant change, and have strong business acumen while delivering world-class results.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS [note: bold skills and certification are required]
Degree in supply chain management, business, accounting, engineering or a closely related field
Managing Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, Forecasting
Master Scheduling
5 years of direct leadership experience in a manufacturing supply chain role
