Drug Testing Results Specialist (DTOH Specialist)

Description

Arizona-based Universal Background Screening is a leading nationwide provider of background screening and drug testing services to business clients. We are ranked as one of the top companies in our field, and our DTOH group strives to provide service excellence to our clients. To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Drug Testing/Occupational HealthTeam.

Do you have experience with drug testing, occupational health,or medical terminology?

Summary: The DTOH Specialist follows up with lab and clinics to obtain results of drug screen tests, physicals and any lab tests for applicants across the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Following up with labs and clinics to obtain results of tests.
• Input, review, and finalize drug test results and occupational health reports into our electronic tracking system
• Outbound/Inbound phone calls
• Accurate entry of test results with an attention to detail
• Demonstrated investigative and problem solving skills
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Previous experience in Drug Testing, Occupational Health, Third Party Administrator (TPA) or similar position is preferred, but not required.
• DOT knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Communicate in a professional, customer service-oriented manner
• Have a high attention to detail
• Previous experience in medical terminology preferred

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday.

Must be available for an in-person interview. Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required.

Selected candidates will be required to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
