Job Description

MSP in Kansas City is looking for the right fit to expand our team - someone with a great attitude, that is easy to work with and enjoys working within a small group of people. Will assist clients, either using remote connection tools or an onsite visit, to remedy day-to-day IT issues. We need the right person to hit the ground running. Must possess the proper skills to complete a wide variety of tasks.

Here’s what we need – a person that is:
• Good at troubleshooting
• Good at working with a large number of personality types and skill levels
• Able to provide excellent customer service
• Able to pass a background and drug screening
• Able to recognize opportunities
• A quick learner, willing to take on any and all tasks, and demonstrate initiative
• Open to working as part of a small team and making solid contributions to the overall success of all efforts and company goals

AD User changes, O365, DNS, Routers, VPNs, ticketing software, Printers, Drive encryption, 2FA, are just a sample of things we touch every day

Experience or formal training / education necessary.

Salary based on experience and skill level. PTO and health benefits, paid holidays off.
