Automotive Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable Automotive Service Technicians. Based on your qualifications, in this role you will perform routine maintenance, inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, as well as make recommendations for needed maintenance and repairs. You will work directly with our service consultants to provide this information to our customers.

Automotive Technician Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform routine automotive maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations

· Identify pre-existing and potential vehicle concerns

· Maintain accurate records of completed work and outstanding jobs

· Consistently meet the deadlines for completed work

· Follows Dealership and Manufacturer service guidelines

· Maintains CSI at or above the Company standards

· Participates in all required Training for this position

· Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area

· Demonstrates the Company’s Core values

· Other duties as assigned

Automotive Technician Requirements and Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required

· Vocational or postsecondary program completion (Preferred)

· ASE Certifications preferred, but not required

· At least 2+ years of previous experience in a related role (Preferred)

· Inventory of tools to perform maintenance and repairs

· Complies with company and manufacturer repair guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

* Pay based on qualifications and experience.

** Production Bonuses and Spiffs also offered.
