HVAC Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Skilled Mechanical Maintenance: Perform inspections, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems and related equipment with precision and expertise.
• Electrical Maintenance Expertise: Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective controls, fans, compressors, heat exchanger tubing, and more, ensuring optimal system functionality.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate excellent customer service by effectively communicating diagnoses in understandable terms, while efficiently operating our service dispatch portal and handling payment transactions seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in fieldwork as a service technician, displaying proficiency in HVAC system maintenance and repairs.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both ducted and ductless heat pump systems.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Capable of independently managing job duties efficiently and delivering exceptional results.
