Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in various legal matters pertaining to real property and real estate.

- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.

- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.

- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

- Advocate for clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active membership in the state bar association.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in real property and real estate.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The compensation range for this position based on experience and skill level.
