A flourishing investment law firm is looking for a talented Corporate Paralegal to join their team in Seattle (4243). The duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Performing substantive legal support

  • Renewing corporate registrations

  • Deadline management

  • Managing board books, minute books, etc.
