Requirements:
- Seeking a Process / manufacturing Engineer in the use of Continuous Improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
- Additional skills could include:
- Product Launch
- PFMEA's
- Project Management
- Operator Training
- Equipment selection
- Root Cause Analysis
- SPECIAL NOTE: MUST be willing to relocate to Milton, WI area.
Duties:
- Will be a key Process / Manufacturing Engineer for production processes.
- Responsible for improving key process indicators (KPI's) through the use of continuous improvement tools such as lean and six sigma.
- Project management for the installation of new production / process equipment.
