Job Description

Design Build firm seeks 2-4 years experience AutoCAD designer to help produce detailed construction plans in conformance with engineering standards and codes.. Must have basic understanding of construction methods and practices with previous experience in the construction field with proven ability to work with minimal direction. Must understand basic principles of project/budget management..

Associates degree or equivalent from a college or technical school
Experienced with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and similar software
Experienced working with multiple discipline projects
Comprehensive understanding of design, construction and drafting techniques, engineering drawings and 3D computer model work utilizing raster, vector and point data
Proficient in Microsoft office
Basic understanding of the UCS, use of x-refs, use of provided surveys and point files
