Carriage House Door Company is a leader in the custom garage door manufacturing industry and they pride themselves in meeting customer expectations. The Sales/Customer Service associate assists customers by answering some product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services, order intake, and data entry into the Q2S system. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The Sales/Customer Service Associate works closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, the customer other departments to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. Through training, tools, and processes they need to maintain superb process and product knowledge, to ensure error-free, professional, and efficient administration of all aspects of inside sales and technical support, pertaining to the hardware and installation. They are responsible for the verification and documentation of goods received. The creation of load lists for the coordination, packaging, and shipment of doors and required hardware. Managing schedules for hardware and shipping, and the ordering of hardware and supplies.

Qualifications include; a high school diploma, two-plus years experience in a shipping or leadership role, the ability to read and understand CAD drawings, the ability to multitask, possess basic mathematics skills, proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system, Word, Excel, ERP Systems, Data entry, e-mail; and other company databases and programs, as well as good interpersonal skills.
