Forklift & Clamp Truck Operator

We are seeking Forklift & Clamp Truck Operator to join our growing team!!!! This role will be available on 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM) or 3rd shift (11:30 PM - 7:30 AM).

A qualified Forklift & Clamp Truck Operator will be able to the perform the following tasks:

• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production department.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and report any issues to manager.
• Unload rolls of paper from a truck.
• Bring rolls of paper as scheduled for each press.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility.
• Is willing to assist in other departments when needed

The Forklift and Clamp Truck Operator should meet the following requirements:

• Qualified candidates will be able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours and work weekends as well on an as needed basis.

• Previous experience as a forklift operator and/or clamp truck operator is a plus. Training will be provided.

• Safety and Quality minded

• Should be able to work with minimal supervision and be an individual contributor

• Must be reliable and consistently at work and on time

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

• Must have positive and effective communication with other team members

• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
