Machinist / Programmer

PeopleLink Staffing has partnered with an AS9100D certified aerospace machine shop based in Spartanburg, SC with over 13 years of experience. With an emphasis on precision machining of superalloys and exotic materials we love challenges.

Tuning Machinist
CNC Programmer/Machinist Payrate $23-$25 hourly depending on experience.

CNC Machine Operators Payrate -$18 hourly Will need experience setting up and doing tool changes.

Standard Operator / Helper $15

MUST HAVES:

• 3 - 5 years of CNC Machine Experience
  Doosan Brand Machine Knowledge
• Robdrill Machine
• Must know how to Program.
  Math Skills (Basic math, Division , Multiplication and trigonometry)
• G&M Coding
• Fanuc Software

Hours: Monday through Thursday 7 am - 5:30 pm 1st Shift at 4 - 10's

• Operate CNC machines. (load raw material, unload finished parts)
• Notify CNC Machinist of production issues (broken tools material issues)
• Perform secondary operations (deburr cleaning. limited part measuring)
• Clean and lubricate machine, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains, foreign matter.
• Perform inspections (visual, optical, micrometer, Vernier's, indicator, ETC) As required from the QC manager / Production manager.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of process., materials, and results as needed to AS9100. Certification.
• Assure tools and machines are maintained and cleaned and properly conditioned for usage..
• Suggest improvements for the efficiency of machine operations and setup and meet minimum part requirements as set forth by management.
• Maintain a clean work environment and area, which is not limited to just your common work area, but the entire shop.

Job Responsibilities

• If the machine is running and other responsibilities are completed, seek out work for management.
• Were the manufacturing team
• Limit cell phone use and personal computer use to brakes
• You will directly report to the production manager.
