Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
• Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.

Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day in helping our customers.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Offices Located in Both: Mount Juliet and Lebanon, TN

Compensation: $30,000-$50,000 Per Year

About Jeff Gannons Agency: Prior to beginning his State Farm Agency career, Jeff spent time training agents and team members throughout the country on various State Farm product offerings. He began his first State Farm office in 2007 as a new market agent in Mount Juliet TN. We have consistently ranked in the top 3% out of the 19,000 plus State Farm Agents around the country. As a result, Jeff is a part of a very small number of agents that have been given the opportunity to open multiple offices and also operates a location in Lebanon, TN. His team absolutely loves the opportunity to help our customers with all their insurance and financial needs.

We truly do live where you live. Jeff grew up on the north side of Lebanon, TN. He and his wife met at Lebanon High School, and both continued their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jeff has a business degree from the Haslam College of Business at UTK. He has been with State Farm since 2002 and absolutely loves what he does. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and attending as many UT Vol sporting events as time will allow.
