Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
• Conduct inspections of the facility to identify and address any issues related to safety, security, or maintenance.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, furniture, and equipment as needed to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the restaurant.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members or management, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events and functions, including moving furniture, setting up equipment, and providing general assistance as needed.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment servicing, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and facilities management, to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of staff and guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
