Millennium Power Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Profiler Diagnostics Technician to join our team. As a Profiler Diagnostics Technician, you will perform repairs, rebuilds, assembles, and conduct diagnostic tests on control, MOVs, actuators, regulators, and other process automation equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a keen attention to detail. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.

A minimum of 5 years of industrial experience is required.

Control Valve Manufacturer's Training Courses and Certifications.

Profiler or ValScope-PRO diagnostic testing experience on all manufacturers of rotary and linear valves including Fisher, Valtek, Masoneilan, Samson, CCI, Neles, Copes-Vulcan, etc.

Training certification by SofTek Engineering, LLC.

Turnaround, plant startup (commissioning) experience preferred.

Experienced in and familiar with surge control testing.

Experienced in and familiar with seat leak and hydro testing requirements.

Experience with MOV maintenance and support.

Rexa Electraulic, Limitorque, Auma, etc.

Automation on/off - SIS, Solenoid valves including Bettis, Air Torque, Triac, Jamesbury, El-O-Matic, etc.

Perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.

Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Candidates must be familiar with or willing to undergo training on the proper usage and maintenance of equipment.

Must have a current, valid US driver's license.

A minimum requirement for this U.S.-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Requires broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities.

May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

Calibrates and aligns equipment.

Performs repairs, rebuilds, assembles, and conducts diagnostic tests (Profiler/ValScope-PRO) on control, MOVs, actuators, regulators, and other process automation equipment.

Proficient in graph reading for comprehensive end-user data analysis reporting for next-day communication on findings.

Checks the sizing of components and parts.

Tests and assembles valves per OEM assembly procedures, work orders, or other customer specifications.

Sets up and calibrates, tests, measures, and repairs all types of controls and instruments with pneumatic, electrical, and electronic variables.

Repairs, maintains, and installs equipment and machinery used in the process.

Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions and documents failure analysis.
