HVAC Service Manager

Pay can range anywhere from $60,000 and up based on performance, with the average pay for Service Managers at our shop being $100,000. ABOUT THIS JOB

You will work Monday-Friday.

Managing customer accounts will be a key responsibility, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to mentor new employees, sharing your expertise and helping them navigate their roles within the company. In addition, you will be responsible for training service technicians and organizing the team to ensure efficient service delivery. This includes deciding which equipment to provide to customers, based on their specific needs and requirements. Responding to warranty-related customer issues and coordinating with other departments, such as office staff, will also be part of your responsibilities. As the HVAC Service Manager, you will have a hand in maintaining staffing levels, ensuring we have the right team members to meet our customers' needs. You will also play a vital role in compliance with safety regulations, prioritizing employee safety and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback for improvement will be part of your daily routine, as well as approving labor and material quotes for clients.

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma if you have sufficient experience in the field
• Customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide technical support for complex installation problems
• Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC
