How this role transforms workplaces:
The Human Resource Business Partner II is responsible for the execution of HR service deliverables for designated PEO, ASO and HRO client accounts including managing, planning, coordinating, and executing multiple human resources projects, programs, and activities to improve processes and services for clients. Oversees multiple project team members to achieve project objectives on time and ensuring quality and efficiency. Researches and becomes well-informed of client's needs, identifies program needs, implements available products and services, and develops processes that streamline services. Develops project specifications and objectives from introduction to delivery. HR responsibilities involve local travel to various client locations.
- Serves as main HR contact for designated PEO, ASO and HR Select client accounts.
- Manages calendar of service for designated accounts and initiates proactive HR strategic planning for clients on an ongoing basis.
- Leads HR project planning and delivery.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on all HR matters with assigned clients.
- Listens for account development opportunities and reports those to the HR Director and Sr. Director of Client Success.
- Leads the HR tasks during new client implementation process for assigned accounts with support from the HR Director.
- Participates in client satisfaction survey process and follow-up, as directed by the Sr. Director of Client Success.
- Performs tasks associated with monthly and quarterly billing including, creating utilization reporting for clients and reconciling hours as compared to the client’s contract and scope of work.
- Manages and implements HR project deliverables with the assistance of the HR Generalist and Project Team to include the following: Employee Handbooks, Job Descriptions, HR Assessments, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Performance Management Systems, and Compensation Programs.
- Designs and implements Xenium’s role in HR support functions that integrate services within client companies including but not limited to attending client meetings (as needed), new hire/onboarding process and meetings and termination process.
- Customizes and conducts HR training for managers and employees for assigned clients employees.
- Serves as a manager for on-site employees for designated client accounts.
- Consults on escalated employee relations and investigations in partnership with the Employee Relations team.
- Leads open enrollment meetings for Section 125, 401k, Medical, Dental and other benefit programs.
- Tracks all client service activities performed daily in ClientSpace and ensures accurate client information within the system.
- In coordination with the HR Director and Sr. Director of Client Success, troubleshoots and responds to escalated client service concerns with payroll and benefits.
- Coordinates and utilizes Strategic Partners as appropriate (Legal, Brokers, Safety, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.

Required experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred; supervisory responsibilities may include performing the following duties in conjunction with the on-site client contact: hiring, assigning work, orientation and training, evaluating performance, rewarding performance, mentoring, approving time off, resolving complaints, disciplinary action and employee separations.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish a plus.
- Some local travel is expected for this position and at times may occur without much advanced notice. Reliable transportation is required.

Preferred skills and certifications:
- HR professional certification – SHRM or PHR – strongly preferred.
- PEO experience preferred.

Xenium HR is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. The starting salary for this role ranges from $83,577-104,471 per year based on skills/knowledge, years of experience, and ensuring pay equity within the organization. The hiring team will share more details regarding compensation based on your experience and location during the interview process.
