Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (full job description will be reviewed at time of interview):

Resupplies consumables in both facilities.
Empties trash and recycling containers as needed in both facilities.
Water shrubs and flowers, trims weeds by weed-whacking and or pulling weeds, rakes, leaf blows and remove leaves, cut grass at facilities and owner’s house offsite.
Snow removal in winter. Shoveling and making sure certain areas are salted around the facilities and at offsite locations.
Works at owner’s house maintaining yard and pool in summertime. Checks chemicals in the pool, vacuums pool.
Other odd jobs as requested, such as gutter cleaning and helping with salt delivery.
Lists items for sale on Craigslist for the Company and the owner.
Fills propane cylinders and motor homes as trained and instructed.
Paints propane tanks
Washes/maintains company vehicles
Runs daily errands with company vehicle.
