Primary Care Physician Assistant - Per Diem

Lexington Medical Associates is a primary care clinic, serving patients in the area of Midtown East, Manhattan. 

As an Physician Assistant, you will tackle a wide variety of interesting challenges, and uncover key insights that will drive positive outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Take patient vitals pre and post-procedure
• Conduct various tasks including but not limited to recovery and pre-op assistance, starting IVs, drawing blood, etc.
• Document patients' stats and health accurately
• Obtain a thorough medical history and physical examinations
• Counsel and discuss medical treatment with patients
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Certified Physician Assistant
• Experience in either Internal Medicine or Pain Management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Methodical and detail-oriented
• Prior experience in Internal Medicine/Primary Care
