Responsibilities:

• Assembly and Maintenance: Contribute to the assembly, service, maintenance, and rigorous testing of hydraulic cylinders, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Precision is critical as you interpret complex blueprints, schematics, or drawings using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold strict adherence to specifications through the use of precision instruments such as calipers and tape measures.

• Component Integration: Expertly utilize hand tools, holding devices, and impact wrenches to assemble hydraulic cylinder components, contributing to the overall success of our products.

• Performance Analysis: Connect assembled units to test equipment, conducting meticulous analyses of fluid pressure, fluid flow, and thorough leak checks.

Physical Demands:

The role involves standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting loads of up to 75 pounds.

Work Environment:

In this full-time position, steel-toe boots are mandatory for safety. As we navigate the demands of 2024, there may be instances where mandatory overtime, including 9 or 10-hour shifts, is required to meet production demands.

Schedule:
