Role
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer (also known as Process Improvement Engineer, Production Engineer), you'll play a key role in driving improvements and supporting sales growth. You'll be responsible for continuously improving business processes in control, accuracy, efficiency, and capacity. This includes documenting processes, analyzing for improvements, recommending and implementing solutions from the quotation process through shipping. You'll also lead and participate in safety, environmental, production, and business process improvement initiatives.
Benefits- Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Demonstrated experience with LEAN manufacturing, 6S, and ISO 9001 implementation.
- Proficiency in PC (Windows environment, Excel) and strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably EPICOR.
- Excellent communication skills. Bilingual (English, French) is a plus.
