Location: NYC LAB Area

Job Type: Full-time *minimum of 40 hours per week

Compensation: $38/hr base rate + tips & commission | $55/hr guaranteed rate

Availability: Clinic operating hours (as posted on each clinic's website *subject to change) including mall holiday extended hours and weekend availability. This role will work 4, 10-hour shifts, and will have at least one Saturday off per month.

Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to all clinic locations and consistently travel to all assigned clinics with minimal notice.

Physical Requirements: This role requires long periods of sitting and standing. Individuals are required to lift and move up to 40 lbs. in inventory and other clinic assets. Individuals in this role are also required to commute and must be able to consistently and safely commute in between clinic locations.

Job Summary

Assignment Provider is a medical skincare professional and sales enthusiast using advanced and innovative medical-grade technologies and skin care products. The Assignment Provider is obsessed with KPIs through client education and providing customized treatment recommendations. The Assignment Provider supports and travels to various clinics within the region to ensure maximum capacity is readily available for clients. Assignment Providers are expected to fill any shifts related but not limited to:

• First time Client Experience / First Time Client Volume
• Leaves of Absences and understaffing
• Vacations and Planned Time Off

The Assignment Clinic Provider is expected to:

• Achieve and maintain KPIs in the top 1% in their Lab Area. The KPIs this role is accountable for include, but are not limited to, FT conversion, product sales, add-ons, and fixer attachment rate.
• Support and cover shifts in any assigned clinic in their LAB Area on an as needed basis with minimal notice.
• Support the education and continuous training of other Providers in the LAB Area regarding treatments, products, and business initiatives, as outlined by the Lead RN.

Qualifications

Required experience:

Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year

Required license or certification:

Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association

Experience and Characteristics:

• Two (2) years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred
• Clinically competent, protocol compliant, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services
• Prioritizes customer service and has exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in problem solving and finding creative solutions
• Must be able to create a comfortable atmosphere for clients and team members
• Attentive and a good listener
• Attention to detail in following company and safety protocol
• Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance
• Goal oriented and self-motivated to achieve and exceed company benchmarks for success
• Willing to learn and adapt to changes quickly
• Comfortable and respectful with conflict management with clients and team members

Responsibilities Include:

Creating Curated Client Experiences

• Effectively introduce and promote customized, no-downtime facials and Skin Laundry products specific to the personal skincare needs for current and prospective clients.
• Educate clients on the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team.
• Celebrate the success of the results our clients experience.
• Champion Skin Laundry's mission and values and how our services and products achieve these goals.

Supporting Store Operations Success

• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business.
• Assists with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/clinic systems.
• Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes.
• Understand and utilize company reports to leverage business and share insights on best practices for performance.
