Aesthetician

Cascada Wellness Club is seeking a few skilled and passionate Aestheticians to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments to our clients, helping them achieve their desired results and maintain healthy, glowing skin.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials and other specialized treatments based on client needs and preferences.
2. Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations to determine the best treatment plan for each client.
3. Educate clients on proper skincare routines, products, and lifestyle choices to maintain optimal skin health.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the skincare industry through ongoing education and training.
6. Recommend and sell skincare products to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
7. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and product purchases.
8. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
9. Assist with marketing efforts, such as promoting special offers and events on social media.

Requirements:

1. Licensed Esthetician in the state of Oregon
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional spa or wellness setting.
3. Proficient in a wide range of skincare treatments and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
5. Strong sales and customer service skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
8. Passion for skincare and a commitment to helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
