POSITION SUMMARY:

Sugarbush is looking for an instructor to teach swim lessons following the Red Cross level system and outline, and to maintain a safe and clean environment while on duty. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and teach fun and safe swim lessons.
• Plan lessons and set standards following the guidelines of the Red Cross swim program.
• Alert and provide base level first aid when needed.
• Provide great customer service. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one season of experience preferred. 
• Must have valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to mange a high high level of activity with children.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have current American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification, or comparable certification.
