Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We would consider either someone currently working as a coordinator in an Agency environment or someone that is scheduled to graduate in the next 30 days and interested in a career in HR. Hybrid, must be on site 3x / week.

Responsibilities

Coordinate interview schedules with manager and interview team

Creates offer packets (letter and appropriate NDA)

Initiates employment screening requests

Initiates pre-boarding activities

Monitors and reviews employment screening results while partnering with Recruiter, HRBP, and/or Security/Legal as needed

Communicates to new hire about expectations upon offer acceptance

Closes out job requisitions in ATS - Cornerstone

Escalate issues to supervisor/manager to ensure resolution

Partner with Recruiters/HRBPs to ensure open communication regarding TA processes and procedures Job Qualifications

Partner with Finance to manage Talent Acquisition vendor invoices

Manage Indeed sponsored job postings

Manage monthly Talent Acquisition Data in Excel

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum 6 months/1 year of experience with recruiting coordination and/or administrative experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment

Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills and follow-through

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups

Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail is required in this role
