Residential 02/01 Licensed Electrician

Have you ever wanted to have your own electrical company, but the paperwork, licenses, permits and the responsibilities stopped you?

We have the spot for you! We need you to help create that within our company.  You will have assistants, office help, invoicing and billing all done for you.

All of this within the greater Eastside and not travelling long distances to commute from job to job.

Pearce is a 01 electrical company that needs an 01/02 electrician to complete the field work.  We can do the leg work if you can do the field work!  We specialize in residential projects focusing on wiring AC/HP installations, panel change outs, sub panel installation, ev chargers, surge protection and more.  We would like to take care of our customers’ residential electrical needs.

We have your stocked truck, we have the hands to help, we have the office and phone support.  We need you!

Responsibilities:

• Wire new AC installations and swap outs
• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
• Change out electrical panels
• Install electric car chargers
• Generators, surge protectors and more
• Troubleshoot residential home repairs
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electrical installation
• 02/01 LICENSE WASHINGTON STATE
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• ability to work independently
• customer service is a MUST
