Job Description

Are you someone with a knack for customer service and a passion for organization?

Join our team as a Showroom Coordinator and be at the forefront of creating amazing customer experiences!

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for customers visiting our showroom, helping them find the perfect products and ensuring they have a blast during their visit. Plus, you'll get the chance to learn cool programs like Salesforce and Excel, which could really beef up your resume!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Be the friendly face of our showroom! Chat with customers, show off our awesome products, and help them make informed decisions.

Product Demos: Get hands-on with our products and demonstrate to our customers in our showroom!

Sales Support: Assist our sales team by coordinating appointments, answering questions, and discussing options!

Appointment Scheduling: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments. It's like being the master of your own schedule!

Inventory Management: Make sure our showroom is looking spiffy.

Showroom Maintenance: Keep our showroom looking sharp. Think of it as your own personal decorating project!

Customer Follow-Up: Show our customers some love by following up after their visit. Who knows, you might even make a new friend!

Administrative Tasks: Help out with the boring stuff like answering phones and emails. But hey, every superhero needs a sidekick!

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and ready to rock the customer service game.

Not afraid to learn new things, like Salesforce and Excel. Bonus points if you're already a pro!

Super organized and great at juggling multiple tasks.

Available to work some weekends and evenings. But don't worry, we'll make sure you have time to hit the books too!

Education:

A knack for technology and a willingness to learn new software.
