Job Description
VIP Turf Care, a premier lawn care company serving the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, is hiring for a lead Lawn Care Technician. This role will utilize your experience and expertise to give customers a great looking lawn with minimal chemical inputs. This position would be ideal for a candidate looking for a long term career position. We offer above average pay and generous bonuses, as the company grows and succeeds so will you.
Successful candidates should posses:
- PA pesticide license (Core and Category 7)
- A clean driver's license
- Ability to identify grasses, weeds, and turf diseases
- Experience using a stand on spreader/sprayer
- Physical ability to use a push spreader, backpack sprayer, and lift 50 pound bags of fertilizer throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions while working independently
