We’ve refined our no-needle, no-scalpel vasectomy technique over 30 years and are a trusted vasectomy provider. We operate in a medical office setting that helps make vasectomy simple, convenient, and accessible to all.

DrSnip is privately and minority owned, and we are growing and expanding! Recent political events and general awareness about vasectomy, coupled with our brand and reputation, have driven an increase in patient demand. Our scalable operating model empowers doctors to continue providing excellent patient care in a supportive environment to maintain their well-being and combat burnout. We aspire to become the largest vasectomy provider in the United States, while joining the ranks of large, prominent, health systems like Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medicine, and the Mayo Clinic in our commitment to the well-being of our physicians.

We are currently hiring Vasectomy Doctors who aspire to help build a practice and work in a collaborative, collegial, environment. We have a team-based model approach to patient-centered care. Any physician performing vasectomy currently in their local region is encouraged to apply. In addition to our defined expansion plans, DrSnip will build operations where current providers are looking to join growing and supportive organization.

Compensation & Qualifications:

Compensation Range: $450,000 - $750,000 based on number of days per week worked.

Amounts listed may include productivity targets or shift premium incentives.

Prior vasectomy experience is essential. This will be reviewed and vetted during screening.

Open to new graduates (Urology) that have performed vasectomy during residency.

Current medical professional license in any state and DEA with full prescriptive authority. Multiple state licenses and DEA is a plus.
