Account Receivable Specialist

One Claim Solutions is a fast-growing insurance billing company based in Gilbert, AZ. Our contractors are the backbone of America–small, independent businesses that repair homes damaged by floods and fire. These businesses hire OCS to help with insurance claims billing. We use our expertise in working with property casualty insurance companies to help contractors get paid more, faster so they can run their businesses better.

To achieve our mission, we are creating a high-performing accounts receivable team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the receipt, recording and distribution of payments to our contractors, totaling millions of dollars’ worth of payments every year.

This is a 100% in-office position.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review and match check details to insurance claims.
• Recording receipts and transactions, including logging checks.
• Accurately record check details into company systems.
• Review and reconcile receipt totals across multiple systems, including bank statements.
• Calculate check amounts, totals and OCS fees.

Candidate profile and capabilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to double check work to ensure it is error free, while working in a fast paced environment.
• Good with numbers and basic financial calculations and recording.
• Proficient with technology, especially spreadsheets and cloud-based file sharing, QuickBooks and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and energized by a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and follow through.
• Intellectual curiosity to ask questions, learn and improve.
• High level of determination to overcome challenges and failures.

Experience and qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Driver’s license with ability to drive company vehicle to post office and bank, as needed.
• 2+ years of work experience bookkeeping, accounts receivable or another related field
• Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Experience using CRM software preferred.
