Grimaldi Law Firm with an office in Hollywood, Florida, is looking for an experienced, level-headed, A++ estate planning attorney for a hybrid position.

Requirements:

For this position, we seek an experienced estate planner who needs no supervision in dealing with planning to avoid guardianship and probate. You already know your way around GRATs, ILITs, and SLATs.

Pay:

Pay is at or above market including the ability to earn monthly bonuses. The starting base salary will be $120,000 to $150,000 per year depending on experience and intangibles. Monthly bonuses are for all staff when we hit revenue numbers.

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

This role will work directly with clients and be the primary attorney on estate planning and probate cases. From the initial "handoff" from our sales squad, all the way through the closing of the file, you will be responsible for helping the clients and the firm accomplish their goals.

• 5+ years of estate planning experience required, including planning for taxable estates.
• Excellent references are required.
• 3 years of estate and trust administration and probate experience is preferable.
• Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited law school and must be licensed to practice law in Florida or able to be licensed within 3 months.
