🏥 Position Overview:

Title: Operating Room Charge RN
Location: Charleston, SC 🌴
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts (No Weekends)
On-Call Requirement: 1 Holiday A Year, No True Call

🌈 Job Summary: As the OR Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence in the operating room. Collaborate with the management team, serve as a resource for staff, and uphold our commitment to exceptional patient experiences.

🚀 Responsibilities:

Coordinate admission and discharge processes for efficient patient care.
Assess and monitor the quality of patient care services in collaboration with the management team.
Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff members to improve outcomes.
Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as needed.
Implement nursing strategies for employee engagement and development.
Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and equipment management.

✨ Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing with an Associate's Degree or higher.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of one year of RN experience, including charge nursing experience in the operating room.

💰 Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Compensation: $31.00 to $46.00 per hour.
Shift Differentials: Nights $3.50, On-Call $3.50, Weekends $3.50.
Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
