CLI-Services is looking for a motivated, hard-working, licensed journeyman electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you are a key member of the team and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and lighting systems. This position is right for you if you are a licensed electrician, devoted to your craft. You are focused, responsible, self-motivated and have a knack for troubleshooting. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and earn the trust of your clients.

Specific Responsibilities:
·         Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment & fixtures using hand tools

·         Perform electrical maintenance, service, and installation in commercial, industrial and retail environments

·         Plans layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment & fixtures consistent with specifications and local codes

·         Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs

·         Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects

·         Complete customer requests and provide clear work order descriptions

·         Follow established processes and procedures

·         Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         The ability to read and understand commercial building blueprints.

·         Knowledge of commercial wiring methods.

·         Ability to work with general contractors and other trades on the job.

·         Advanced knowledge in the installation of EMT conduit and MC cable.

·         Advanced knowledge in the installation of large commercial electrical services
 

Job Requirements:

Journeyman Electrician License
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology

Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.

Be able to work with heights, lift and bucket work required.

Strong mechanical ability and common sense a must.

Friendly and customer service minded

High standards for workmanship, work quality, and attention to detail.

 Physical Requirements:

Typical construction work including climbing ladders, working in high places (such as scaffolding or ladders) climbing stairs, pulling wire, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), operating machinery (forklifts, cranes, bucket trucks, power tools, hand tools), bending, stooping, kneeling, sitting, standing, grasping, driving, and typing.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen

We have, on staff, certified lighting consultants, journeyman electricians, master electricians, and certified lighting technicians. Our employees drive fully stocked service vehicles. In addition to our service vehicles, we have fully stocked bucket trucks with the capability of reaching up to a 100 ft. working height. We also have 24-hour on-call service as well as GPS locating capabilities and Nextel 3-way radio communications.

FEDERAL ENERGY REDUCTION GOAL –
Consultation, installation, hazardous waste disposal – to help agencies meet energy efficiency goals in accordance with Executive Order 13423.

LIGHTING MANAGEMENT –
Inside and outside lighting maintenance with monthly inspection and service contracts to meet your needs. We can provide CAD layouts of a facility that detail the electrical equipment and lighting fixture locations. This information can be input into our online system, and customers can log in and access information regarding their properties. This information can also be coupled with controls and self-diagnostic systems to help reduce maintenance costs.

ELECTRICAL DIVISION –
Service work of any kind and specializing in Lighting Control Systems, measurement & verification, underground located, and computer wiring.

FULL SERVICE SIGN DIVISION –
Sign and banner design, fabrication, and installation are just a few of our services.
We also do removal, repairs, and re-branding of all types of signage and banners.

REBATE PROGRAMS –
Energy audits, detailed energy analysis, financing and rebate money from Xcel Energy. We are actively involved with the utility incentive programs and can assist companies with taking advantage of the 2005 EPACT tax incentives.

RECYCLING PROGRAM –
We are committed to offering its customers the most updated information and services on the disposal of lamps and ballasts as well as other hazardous waste.
