Are you known as an excellent all-around Technician? Do you enjoy solving problems and saving the day for the customer? Are high pressure sales not your thing? Then the HVAC Service Technician role at R.T. Moore might be a great fit for you! This position entails a service background and a passion for helping customers. At R.T. Moore you have a take-home truck and enjoy an environment of no pressure sales but the opportunity to earn incentives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Ability to replace ducting in homes/buildings and install new ducting
•R.T. Moore is hiring entry-level and experienced HVAC Installers. We are looking for Installers who can confidently install residential and commercial equipment on a remodel or new construction job; an installer who has a positive attitude and works well with others to complete the work assigned with quality workmanship and professionalism. Knowledge of HVAC codes
•Ability to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures, able to install or replace heating and air conditioning equipment (residential, multi-family, new construction, remodel).
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior HVAC installation experience OR willing to learn
•High school diploma or GED
•Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
•Current driver's license and a good driving record
•Able to work with others
•Ability to handle stress and work effectively under pressure
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
LOCATION: On-site
