Job DescriptionJob Summary & Essential Functions Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines.Cut and form (prep) componentsPerform manual placement of THT componentsAssemble chassis components using a variety of hardwareAssemble electromechanical devices using a variety of hardwareRecommend changes in documentation to ensure high quality resultsWork under close supervisionKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small printComponent identification skillsAbility to perform component prep using hand tools and toolingAbility to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality resultsAbility to work in a high volume, high detail work environmentAbility to read, comprehend and follow instructionsAbility to manipulate and work with tedious and small partsRequired Experience & Education High School Diploma or GEDNo experience
