Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)

Looking for a warm and caring assistant (DA or RDA) 3-4 days a week to grow our private practice team in delivering high tech, anesthesia free, paperless care to our pediatric friends. Located in Hacienda Heights (91745).

We are a tight knit team that is always ready to help each other out, DRAMA FREE, and genuinely likes each other.

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time, 3-4 Days/Week

Clinical days: Mondays 8:30 AM - 4 PM, Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5 PM, & Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM.

+ 1 Admin day (optional) Tuesday or Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $24-$29 per hour+ 401k, medical, PTO benefits to our team members.

(DA $24-$26/hr and RDA $26-$29/hr)

You will be the child patient's advocate, friend, and dental coach so you need to be detail and customer care oriented, familiar with chairside assisting skills, have a great personality, positive, and motivated. Front office cross trained or willing to be cross trained is a must. At least 2 years of dental experience required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking digital x-rays, give oral health care instructions, complete prophies, assist doctor with chairside treatment and sedation, be able to complete basic front office duties, participate in marketing, and be punctual and proactive.
