Customer Service Agent - Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative with administrative experience to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. $50,000 - $55,000 at plan

• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed

• Answering phone calls
• Calling clients and technicians
• Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations
• Data entry
• Preparing and gaining work authorizations
• Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies

• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

• Customer service experience required
• Dispatching or scheduling experience a plus
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
• In office position
• Working right in the USA
