Prince George's County Litter Driver Supervisor/Laborer

Job Description:

As a PG Litter Driver Supervisor/Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough inspections of work vehicles at PFS and documenting any issues on the Litter Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Filling the work truck with gas on designated days
• Drive responsibly within the posted speed limit at all times.
• Coordinating clock-ins for the crew upon arrival and facilitating the completion of the COVID-19 form for all crew members.
• Reporting crew attendance and checking for callbacks before starting scheduled tasks.
• Communicating with crew members weekly to manage PTO leave requests efficiently.
• Performing basic equipment repairs as needed, such as changing a tire on the assigned work truck.
• Overseeing an internal point sheet form to document both positive and negative behaviors of crew members.
• Initiating litter and debris removal tasks, including documenting completed streets and completing litter tracks.
• Taking pictures of bulk items and posting them on with their locations.
• Staging bags in a designated location when the truck bed is full and promptly submitting the litter section form upon completion of each section.
• Assisting with end-of-day operations, including cleaning the truck's interior with the crew before returning to PFS.
