What we do is coordinate benefits for labor unions, credit unions, and associations. Working with police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers and other labor unions as well. We have set up direct relationships with over 20,000 union associations around southern California.

We have set up direct relationships with over 5,000 union associations around Southern California. The role of a customer service representative is to simply educate these members who request information about the benefits that are available to them through their union affiliation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Provide information about the products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements for consideration:

• Able to pass state required background check

• Fluent in English - bilingual Spanish a plus

• Reliable form of transportation
