Position Summary:
Our company assists hospitals and physician's offices with their revenue cycle operations. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The entry level Accounts Receivable Specialist position is a vital role that ensures all accounts receivable are handled with the high quality and professionalism associated with Credit Solutions, LLC. This position works a hybrid schedule with one day in the office and 4 days working from home. Examples of daily job duties are listed below.
- Administrative support
- Cash posting
- Data entry
- Secure file transfers
- Accounts receivables tasks
- Client services responsibilities
- Reconciliation of client and patient accounts
- Opening and sorting mail
- Bank deposits
- Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages
Ideal Candidates will have:
- A strong work ethic and sense of loyalty to their team members
- Strong work history and strong computer skills are a must
- Prior experience answering phones and transferring calls
- Professional communication skills with a positive attitude
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous customer service experience and client support
- Experience in cash posting, data entry, balancing and account reconciliation
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and math skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills & strong attention to detail are required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

WORK SCHEDULE
Our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. A hybrid schedule is required with one day working in the office and 4 days working from home.
