POSITION: Accounting Generalist

REPORTS TO: Comptroller

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Generalist. We offer a great working environment with a cohesive team that works well together. If you are goal-oriented, hardworking, and driven, apply below! Pay depends on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post down payments & filing the payments in the deals
• Post daily EFT notices
• Bill retail deals.
• Signs over trade titles.
• Process incentives and maintain aging report.
• Submit factory rebates.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED, or combination of education/work equivalent.
• Ability to arrive at work on time.
• Ability to follow a structured process.
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Mathematics.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn Company software.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Accounting experience in an automotive dealership is desired.
