Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our longevity clinic with a focus on aesthetics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both medical aesthetics and longevity medicine, along with a proven ability to develop and implement processes and plans to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all medical services provided within the longevity clinic. Ensure that all treatments and procedures meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction.

2. Aesthetics Expertise:Utilize expertise in the aesthetics field to develop and deliver cutting-edge aesthetic treatments and procedures aimed at enhancing the appearance and overall well-being of patients.

3. Longevity Medicine: Apply knowledge of longevity medicine principles and practices to develop personalized longevity plans for patients, focusing on optimizing health, vitality, and quality of life as patients age.

4. Process Development: Design and implement efficient and effective processes and protocols for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Continuously monitor and refine processes to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless coordination of care and delivery of services.

6. Education and Training:Provide education and training to staff members on the latest advancements in medical aesthetics and longevity medicine. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in these fields.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including those related to medical aesthetics, longevity medicine, and clinic operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and treatment protocols.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
2. Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., dermatology, plastic surgery, internal medicine).
3. Valid medical license to practice medicine in the jurisdiction where the clinic is located.
4. Proven experience in the aesthetics field, with expertise in delivering a wide range of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
5. Substantial experience in longevity medicine, with a focus on preventive care, age management, and optimizing healthspan.
