Sales & Marketing Coordinator
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.
What you’ll be doing:
This position will have multiple roles ranging from: sales team support, working with sales management, assisting with pre-qualification requirements for customers, creating new presentations, and organizing sales-related events. The expectation is that this person will be in the office Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, but remote work may be available upon request / manager approval.
With Sales Representatives:
- Manage onboarding package distribution and return of information with new customers, working with AR to ensure timely return from customers.
- Oversee required pre-qualification documentation, coordinating with internal departments such as HR, Safety, and IT when needed.
- Manage creation of vertical-specific presentations, updating as needed.
- Assist with keeping specific vertical / manufacturer reference list updated regularly.
- Assist in coordinating internal project kick-off meetings.
- Assist in project bookings organization.
- Act as the liaison between sales and accounting on escalation matters.
With Sales Management:
- Assist in gathering monthly sales forecast.
- Coordinate manufacturer participation at sales meetings, as well as product training and product update meetings.
- Assist in scheduling monthly sales meetings.
- Work with Office Manager on coordination for food & beverage needs for events in or outside of the office.
- Continue working on new business opportunities.
- Coordinate local industry event participation, including managing sponsorships, working with Office Manager as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to both customers and to those within the company.
- Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workers, and other personnel at all times.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Commitment to integrity and to the Company Standards and Procedures.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
