RBT - Full-Time/Part-Time Employee

RBTs who join ABA Solutions benefit from autonomy in choosing cases that best fit their experience and will enjoy working with a team of behavior analysts who provide exceptional training and guidance. Those pursuing higher education also have access to more specialized supervision and training. Full-time and part-time employee positions are available for RBTs in this area. This position provides a multitude of opportunities to serve diverse cases and clients while receiving opportunities for direct supervision from knowledgeable and committed BCBAs. We work primarily with children with Autism, ranging in ages and abilities and provide services in family homes, community settings and daycare settings.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician certified by BACB
• Must be Medicaid approved
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism

RBT Duties

• Provide direct therapy to children with Autism, under the direction of a BCBA
• Implement behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition procedures including (but not limited to), VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R programming, AFLS programming, and leisure skill programs
• Graph data
• Maintain RBT certification according to the BACB requirements and adhere to BACB Ethical Guidelines.
