Job Description

Newly Set up home doctors & Wound Care management group seeks PT and FT provides for At-Home Primary/Preventative care & Wound care management visits to home-bound patients. Disability patients covered too.

Certified medical Assistants will assist the MDs in servicing patients most cases. PAs and NPs are encouraged to apply too, as well as senior level Medical Residents.

Malpractice Insurance is provided, as well as Company transportation. Cellular service, GPS & other items provided to accomplish the delivery of premium care with maximum efficiency. Good bedside manner and compassion are essential.

Competitive visits rates and flexible schedules offered, as well as opportunity to grow with the company.

Coverage areas include South, West side of Chicago & Suburbs. Kankakee, Bradley, Bourbonnais, Frankfort and Joliet areas.
