SROA’s Member Services Representative is the face of and the organizational brain behind SHARC’s annual recreation access programs. In addition to providing overall exceptional customer service to all owners and patrons, the Member Service Representative manages and administers the annual recreation access programs for owners and rental properties. From assisting guests with accessing recreation amenities to creating ID cards for new owners to tracking membership sales, there’s always a lot going on in the Member Services office, located inside SHARC.

A Day in the Life Includes...

• Greeting and assisting owners, visitors, and guest with a wide variety of questions
• Administering annual recreation access programs for owners and rental properties
• Updating and maintaining owner accounts in Excel, a web-based database, and an in-house database
• Building relationships with property management companies and other local vendors
• Collaborating with the accounting team to create and reconcile sales reports
• Providing support to the front desk guest services team
• Assisting with reservations for SROA programs and special events
• Complementing our already amazing team with your own positive personality

The Good Stuff
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour. This is a fulltime position with full benefits package including employer paid medical insurance, generous paid leave, 401k with employer match and profit share, longevity bonus, access to recreation amenities for you and your family (pools, disc golf, discounted golf, fitness facility, tennis & pickleball courts).

Other Details
Pre-employment drug screening and proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations required. EOE. Position includes weekends, evenings, and holidays (overtime pay rate for worked holidays), especially during May-September.
